BRAND STRATEGY | HOTEL ROOFTOP RESTAURANT
SUNDAY EDITION
Onni Group’s brief was to create a new concept for a rooftop restaurant connected to a premium residential, hotel, office and retail development in the fastest growing neighbourhood in Seattle - South Lake Union. The objective was to break the stigma of a hotel restaurant by creating a place where both locals and tourists would patron.
The Denny Way development sits where The Sunday Times headquarters once did and the historical precedents of the site and the nature of Seattle’s interesting food scene became the source of the creative concept.
