ART | ROSEWOOD HOTEL GEORGIA
SENSE OF PLACE
Our objective was to deliver a fantastic art collection that elevates the guest experience and creates both aesthetic value and ongoing financial value for the ownership of the property both through the physical investment of pieces and continued loyalty of their guests.
With a variety of stakeholders adding their own value to the project, we wanted the art collection to enhance each group’s unique contribution by understanding the brand, interior design and local perspective of our client. Influenced heavily by Rosewood’s ‘Sense of Place’ mantra, FBFA developed one of the largest privately-held collections of Canadian fine art in North America for the property, a first for the Canadian hospitality industry that truly adds another level of experience for Hotel Georgia’s guests.
